How to Change User Password

As an existing user, follow these simple steps to changing your password on FertiSMART.

1. Open your Internet Explorer (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, etc.)
2. Type https://ehr.thebridgeclinic.com in your address bar
3. Login with your defined username and password
4. On the top-right side of the page, click on the image icon then click on Change Password
5. Type in your new password (minimum of 8 character long and strong passwords recommended : must have at least one lower-case, one upper-case, one number and one symbol)
6. Retype your password and click submit.
