Input Devices Not Working ( e.g. Mouse, Keyboard, Speakers )



In the event of a malfunction or not functioning device connected to the system please use the following steps to try and resolve it:

-Confirm if the device is connected properly to the side of the monitor (for standalone systems) or connected to the CPU.

-If they are connected to their respective USB ports change the location of the device to another port on your systems.

If the issue still persists please raise a support ticket.
