System Not Coming On



In the event our Monitor or System is not coming on, use to following steps to restore it:

-Check if the power cable is plugged into a socket or extension

-If it is, check if the power cable is properly connected to the system at the back.

-If the cable is properly connected look for a blue and black cable connected to the back of the system and the CPU and ensure it is properly attached at both ends.

If the system does not still come up please raise a support ticket.
