CANNOT LOGIN TO SOPHOS (INTERNET)

This issue arises when you are unable to input your login details into or Sophos or the sign in page has not popped up for you to do so. In situations such as this use the following steps to resolve the issue:

-First on your task bar please confirm if your system is connected to the network, if not check the cable behind the system to see if it is connected properly.

-If the system is properly connected to the network, open Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge if not already opened

-On the search bar input this URL http://192.168.0.1:8090 into it and press search

-You should see the SOPHOS login screen

-If you do not see the login screen but an HTTP error page please refresh the page and it should be resolved.

-If the issue still persists please contact the IT Department.
