BeginnerIf you are unable to access the internet, do the following:
- Check to ensure that you PC is connected to the wired or wireless network
- To confirm (1) above, if you are using a cable network:
- Check to ensure that the network LAN cable behind your computer is properly plugged and has green or amber lights respectively.
- To confirm (1) above, if you are using a wireless network:
- Click on the network icon at the bottom right side of your screen to be sure you are connected to a wireless network
- Once 2 and 3 above have been checked and everything is fine, your systems should pop open your browser page with a redirection to the Sophos login page.
- If this does not happen, open you browser and type the following in the address bar: (this does not apply to Abuja and IFM)
- Ikeja LBU: http://192.168.0.1:8090/httpclient.html
- Port Harcourt LBU: http://172.25.2.1:8090/httpclient.html
- Abuja LBU: http://172.25.4.1:8090/httpclient.html (inactive)
- IFM LBU: http://172.25.5.1:8090/httpclient.html (inactive)
- With these above, everything should be fine. If you still experience any other issues, raise a ticket or send an email to ithelpdesk@thebridgeclinic.com
Thank you.
